Framework installation
Wall conditions:
The wall must be even and free of obstacles, such as gutters, thick cable tubes or external pillars that would disrupt its flatness.
Installation steps:
The VF-AL modules have a special profile frame in its upper and lower edges, that allow the modules to fit one inside the others edge. See picture below.
Step 1 – The framework consists of vertical profiles, that are maximum 3 m long each and are fixed to the concrete wall, with the use of anchor rods. The rule of their placement on the wall is as follows:
Every module has to be fixed on two vertical profiles. This means that the distance between two vertical profiles must be 1100mm.
Every profile must be fixed on the wall with 3 anchor rods, one on the top, one at the bottom and one in the middle.
Step 2 – With the use of 4 Self-drill screws S-AD01S (2 up and 2 down) we fix the bottom line module on the two vertical profiles.
Step 3 – Above the previous module we mount the upper module by inserting its lower edge inside the upper edge of the previous. Repeat the same process for all modules.
